Thanks for he updated rental information.  You guys really go the extra mile for service.  We really don't need the car at 4am which is the now new arrival time for Rhapsody of the Seas, but 6am would be nice if you can arrange this. I'll make a note of this when we place the booking online and will keep you updated as best as possible if there are any further changes. Thanks also for incurring no cancellation fees if the ship does not dock.

Hi Kristin - I would appreciate if you could pass on our gratitude to the rental car company and in particular - the person responsible for dropping off the rental vehicle to Dr Cunliffe and Family on their arrival in Auckland - for great customer service.

I understand from the Cunliffe's after their 24 hr flight and the need for Dr Cunliffe to travel to Auckland city for a Medical Council interview; the rental car agent volunteered to drive ahead of the Cunliffe’s directing them to the city address of the council agent.

They were extremely grateful for this act of kindness and felt they would never have found their way otherwise. Regards
