Insurance Excess/Deductible
- Comprehensive Insurance is provided free of charge.
- An insurance excess (deductible) of $2000.00 applies to drivers 21-25 years.
- An insurance excess of $1500.00 applies to drivers 25 years and over.
Insurance Options (Standard Excess $1500.00)
The following are optional to reduce your insurance excess, should you need to use your insurance.

Terms and Conditions
License
All international licenses accepted.
Drivers with a non-English language licence must carry an accurate English translation of their licence or an International Driving Permit while driving.
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have held a full licence for 2 years or more to hire a vehicle from us. (*see insurance excess below)
Booking Deposit
A deposit of $100 is required to confirm a booking for rentals two or more days. For one day rentals the full amount will be required as the deposit.
Payment
Payment is to be made at the commencement of hire by cash, eftpos or credit card.
Bond
A bond is required on all rentals. A credit card bond is taken on initiation of the hire and released at the termination of the hire providing the vehicle is returned without damage. If a credit card is unavailable, a cash or eftpos deposit is required and will be refunded at the time of drop off.
Cancellation
There will be a booking fee of $50.00 taken on all cancellations. Where a booking is cancelled within thirty days of the commencement date of hire, the total deposit will not be refunded.
No Show
If a booking has been confirmed by way of a deposit and you are a "no show" and have not notified us at least 24 hours prior to pickup of your intention to cancel, we reserve the right to charge you three days rental.
Classification/Substitution
Rite Price Rentals does not guarantee a specific make/model of car - only the general classification. We will endeavor to supply the class quoted at the time of reservation but reserve the right to substitute an upgraded class - at no additional cost to the hirer.
